The best browser for an old computer too

Nowadays internet browser is the thing which determines if computer is usable or not. I have some old computers too and I have tested different browsers in Emachiness mini laptop which has only 8 MB video ram according to BIOS.

NetSurf and Dillo are working fast, but both of them shows most of web pages wrong. Browsers like Firefox and Cromium are too resourse hungry for this mini laptop, which inxi-data in below.

The best browser in my test is Konqueror which still has many advantages ower other browsers even if the basic structure has been in Korquorer at least 15 years. Of course under hood Konqueror has been renewed.

To install Konqueror install konq-plugins too

sudo apt install konqueror konq-plugins
